At Wild Essence, every order is carefully handcrafted, packaged, and inspected to ensure premium quality and customer satisfaction.

Because of the nature of our products, please review our policy below before making a purchase.


Returns

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

We only accept return requests if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived leaking or defective

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must remain mostly unused
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be provided

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund (depending on the issue)

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was caused by us.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or heavily used products
  • Products purchased during sales/promotions
  • Gift cards
  • Orders damaged due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After this window, your order may already be processed, packaged, or shipped and can no longer be canceled.


Shipping Issues

Wild Essence is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost/stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
